Five weeks of training to cultivate inspiration through dance and yoga. Rediscover the 9 muses. “The Muses visit Earth often to help inspire others to pursue their dreams and desires”. We will touch on the Muses throughout history and explore becoming and inspiration and a “MUSE” to those around you. This course is designed as a “Spring Cleaning” for the body, mind and spirit. Explore resonating higher and fine tuning all of your gifts and abilities via dance and yoga.
Learn and original choreography while ALSO continuing your knowledge of “Lunar Improvisation”. A FIERCE Yoga and BELLY DANCE training for the BRAVE, Get ready for XANADU !
