~WHAT TO EXPECT: If you have some technique, or zero technique, this class is built for you. Learn from the floor up. Proper posture, strong core development, isolation foundations + basic foot work, will ALL gently lead you into the exciting world of belly dance. With a yogic cool down + meditation this class has it all! BYOM (bring your own mat) if you like, or one will be provided for you. A bottle of water is a good idea and wear whatever you are comfortable dancing in! (if you wear a skirt please be reminded we stretch on the floor;)

TUESDAY: Intermediate LEVEL New Session Starts Tues. Aug. 31st 2010
~TIME: 8:00 – 9:00pm
~LOCATION: The School of Dance (Basement) 1670 East, 1300 South…SALT LAKE CITY UTAH
~TUITION: 4 Class Card = $40- drop ins = $12-per class
~WHAT TO EXPECT: DRILLS, SKILLS & ZILLS This is a high powered 1 hour class, that is rooted strongly in Tribal Fusion Technique. “Breaking the Belly Box” is always the agenda. Greats skills, exciting unique combinations, that run slow, medium, to fast are garnered with oodles of repetition and tons of fun!
Musicality is very important for any dancer and something I love to teach in the advanced class. You will be learning exciting zill techniques in this upcoming course, so please bring your finger cymbals, a notebook, a passion for dance & a bottle of water!

TUESDAY: Advanced- LUNAR LEVEL
~TIME: 9:10-10:10pm
~TUITION: $5- when attending the advanced class… $10- without attending the class above
~WHAT TO EXPECT: This is a “Lunar Collective” class, meaning this is the time when the collective learns choreography and improvisation. Invitation to this class time is given when students show intermediate performance in class, strong interest and dedication in becoming apart of the collective.
